Welcome to ZipZap Rental Event. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Definition of Services

Our services include the rental of party and event equipment, including:

  • Bean Bags (Bean Bags)
  • Arabic Majlis Sets (Majlis Sets)
  • Chairs and tables of all types
  • Wooden lounge sets
  • Cocktail Sets (Cocktail Sets)
  • Fans and desert air coolers
  • Mattresses and pillows
  • Any other products we offer to customers

2. Booking process

Bookings are made via WhatsApp or by calling directly at:

Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount.

The remaining balance is paid when the equipment is collected or delivered, as agreed.

Bookings can be canceled before 48 hours At least [time] before the booking time to receive a full refund.

Cancellation within less than [time] 48 hours Means forfeiture of the deposit 50%.

3. Prices and Pricing

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Prices vary depending on the quantity of items and the type of product.

Quantity discounts are available according to the approved pricing table.

Transportation fees vary by area and distance.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Terms of Use

The renter is fully responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period.

The equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received.

The renter bears the cost of any damage or loss to the equipment.

Use of the equipment for any illegal or hazardous purposes is prohibited.

Delivery and return must occur at the agreed times.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery area includes:

  • Cairo
  • Giza
  • New Cairo
  • El Shorouk
  • Madinaty
  • Al Obour
  • Nasr City
  • Heliopolis
  • Al Rehab
  • Sheraton

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and quantity.

Please provide a suitable area for equipment delivery and pickup.

Delays in receiving equipment may incur additional charges.

6. Return Policy

Equipment must be returned at the agreed time.

Late returns incur an additional fee of EGP 50 per hour.

The full cost will be charged for damaged or lost equipment.

Equipment must be cleaned before return, or a cleaning fee will be charged if required.

7. Warranties and Liability

We guarantee all equipment is clean and in good condition before delivery.

We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the equipment.

The renter must follow the safe-use instructions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All images and content on the site are protected by intellectual property rights.

Copying or republishing any content from the site is prohibited without prior written permission.

9. Termination of Service

We may terminate the service if any of these terms are violated.

If the service is terminated, all equipment must be returned immediately, and payments are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request without providing a reason.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website.

Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
