Planning tips for AC rental near Nasr City
Choose where the units will stand before the day, and keep them away from walkways and the buffet. Tell us if the access is narrow or on an upper floor so the team plans the delivery. If you use evaporative coolers, ask who refills the water. For a quiet event, place the units a little away from the stage or the speakers, and keep the seating plan in mind so the airflow reaches the guests.
Venues near Nasr City and how access works
Most events near Nasr City take place in apartments, rooftops, clubs, halls and villa gardens. Before booking, check the floor, lift size, parking for the delivery vehicle and any rules from the building or club. Send us the location and these details and we will plan delivery and setup around them.
Planning the timing
Cooling should be running before guests arrive, not after they start to complain. Tell us the event start time so setup is finished early. Our working hours are 9 am to 11 pm, and delivery, setup and pickup are included. You can also change the items up to 12 hours before the event.
Choosing between coolers and a split unit
We rent desert coolers and 6 hp freon split units. Coolers suit open and semi-open venues with air flow, while a split unit suits closed rooms. If you are not sure which one fits your venue, read our comparison of desert cooler and freon (in Arabic) or message us on WhatsApp.
