What determines the price
Type of chair. A standard banquet chair, a Chiavari chair and a designer chair sit at different levels.
Type of table. Round tables, long banquet tables and cocktail tables are rented differently and fit different layouts.
Quantity. Larger quantities are planned and quoted as a whole, not per piece in isolation.
Rental days. A single evening differs from a multi-day setup.
Delivery and setup. Distance, floor access (stairs or lift) and the setup time on site.
Table type, chair type and decor all influence the quote.
Count what you need first
Before you request a quote, do this arithmetic. Start with the confirmed guests, not the invited ones. Add a small buffer for late additions and for staff or family seating. Decide whether everyone sits or whether part of the crowd stands (a cocktail layout needs far fewer chairs).
For tables, decide the seating per table. Round tables commonly seat eight to ten, long tables depend on length, and cocktail tables serve standing groups. Divide the guests by the seats per table, and add a few tables for the buffet, gifts and the cake if you have one.

Wedding, 150 guests or more: matching chairs, round tables of ten, long tables for the buffet, and sometimes lounge sets.
